Booking and Rescheduling Guidelines

Cancelation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of said appointment. If you are unable to give us any advanced notice (no-show) you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. We hope you understand our policy is out of respect for our Medical Aesthetican's time as well as our other clients. All initial deposits associated with this appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable.

✿ No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgot their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

✿ Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your Aesthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
